seems to work though.
I hate a video guide too, maps much easier.
Below there is a video where you can basicly circle around Gotham, starting from Coventry and get all 12 tags easily.
There is a tag in the garage with the second Cryodrill part. If you don't get it before heading back to GothCorp you may miss the achievement as the garage may be closed post game.
Whether it's open or closed seems to be random, it's open for some people and closed for others.
As you have to visit this area anyway it is best to get it while you can as to not risk missing the achievement.
There are 12 Anarky tags scattered around Coventry and Diamond District. Just like the main game, they need to be seen and tagged in Detective Mode. Whilst 11 of them can be found at anytime, the final one (#12 on the map below) is not available until after you collect the second cryodrill part in Diamond District as part of the story. Once you have found all 12 Activist tags the trophy will unlock. A video guide as well as a map of the tags' locations can be found below (credit to Gaming Since Gaming):
Credit to an unknown person for the image.
The Activist tag collectibles return in this DLC. Scattered about the Coventry and Diamond Districts, there are a total of 12 Activist tags that must be found and scanned using your detective vision ().
Unlike other "collectible-related" achievements in this DLC, they do not appear on your world map. Therefore, you will need to either follow the video below, or have your detective vision on while gliding around Gotham. The latter option is rather insipid, so following the video is your best choice in getting this achievement done quickly.
NOTE:
Some players have reported that the 12th Activist tag in the video becomes unobtainable post-game due to a glitch where the garage door will not be open. While some reports have stated that restarting your game from the last checkpoint (via the pause menu) fixes the glitched door, it is best to just get these collectibles done before returning to GothCorp with the Cryodrill.
Regardless, once all 12 Activist tags have been scanned, the achievement will finally unlock.
