How to unlock the Shut Down achievement in Batman: Arkham Origins - Definitive Guide
Once you do so ten Network Relays are marked on your map. Set a waypoint on a Relay with the Y button and it appears on your compass as a light blue hexagon with an exclamation point (!) in the middle. It will also become your new objective marker which is the Bat Signal with the arrows of light below it.
Once you arrive the Relay can be easily found using Detective Vision (LB). It will be highlighted and have a visible signal effect. Take it out with the Batarang (down on the D-pad and either tap LT or hold LT to aim and RT to throw) and move on to the next. Once all ten are destroyed the achievement is yours.
Throughout Gotham City, there are towers, one in each district. You get introduced to them early on, and you are required to destroy two to advance in the story. Destroying them opens up a fast travel point in the area it is located in, and reveals Network Relay locations on the map. To get this trophy, you'll need to shut down a tower, then destroy all 10 Network Relay stations in that area. One batarang will do. They are green lights, and as they are all on the map (once you destroy the corresponding tower), they aren't hard to find at all.
During one of the very first story missions of the game, you will meet "Nigma" while inside the Coventry Radio Tower. After destroying the satellite jamming device at the top of the tower and exiting the roof into Gotham City, your world map will become populated with small yellow sound wave icons that represent Network Relays.
Now that you are free to roam around Gotham at your own pace, you can take this time to make your way to each of the Network Relays in the Coventry district. In order to destroy a Relay, simply throw a Batarang at it. Once all ten have been destroyed in this district, the achievement will unlock.
