Welp. Bugged on me and can't get it to unlock.
This was a needed warboats achievement so this sucks. Guess I'll report it then.

Story Related Achievement

Just to note add the end of level, you will be trapped by metal bars and Killer Croc will charge you. Quickly change to the Spray Explosive and detonate.

The achievement will pop shortly afterwards.
