I used the simplest strategy, yet the most effective one, in the first fight and got all three of them right away. Just keep punching a guy with and jump directly over him or his buddy by tapping . Repeat this until you reach 20x to get all 3 achievements.

With this method you make it nearly impossible for the goons to hit you and, therefore, screw up your streak.

If you don't get it there, don't worry there are plenty of opportunities in the game.
