How to unlock the AR Knight achievement in Batman: Return to Arkham - Arkham City - Definitive Guide
This is a side-quest that requires you to fly though different rings, using the gliding and diving system. While the first ones are rather easy, the advanced ones can be quite difficult. Only thing I can recommend is watching the video below because it provides you with a step by step guide for each challenge. Personally I had huge difficulties with the first advanced challenge. I tried for at least one hour and did not get it. After watching the video I got it in 5 tries.
Best of luck to all of you!
Hope this helps you guys ( It definitely helped me!)

So much of this game’s achievements are attainable. This one is not. Heads up for hours of frustration or just give up on this one. Bad design Rockstar - tedious and absurd difficulty spike.

Side mission – A.R. Training.
In order to unlock this trophy, you will have to complete both basic and advanced training programs. There are at 4 of them for you to complete per training program and they consist of you flying through hoops on various courses. Do keep in mind some may take several retries to complete. Once completed, you shall unlock the Grapnel Boost which is very useful for traveling around the open world map, so it is advised to get this side mission done as soon as possible once it becomes available
