This achievement is story-related and cannot be missed.
Rather at the end of the game you have to go after Hugo Strange. Your way will lead you to Wonder City tower. You have to climb it all the way up, fighting some occasional fights on your way up. As soon as you reach the top you have to deal with a predator challenge situation. Complete it and your way to Strange is free. Hack the computer screen next to the door he is standing behind and the achievement is yours.

Hi all. Is this glitched or missable?
I completed the playthrough and got the cheavo for finidhing the game, but this didnt pop.
I hope yo get another chance of it on NG+...

I had the same issue as Mastercrafty. Was it able to unlock on NG+?

You will be awarded this trophy after you have climbed to the top of the Clock Tower, taken out Hugo Strange, and put a stop to Protocol 10.
