How to unlock the Ghost Train achievement in Batman: Return to Arkham - Arkham City - Definitive Guide

This achievement is story-related and cannot be missed.
Pretty much in the middle of the story, you will have to go back to the steel mill to face the Joker again. Do so and follow the mission markers until you have found him. He will take you to a room that has some roller coasters in it and he will start fighting you. It is pretty much just a regular fight. Beat down everybody (including the Titan enemy and the 2nd Abramovic brother) and you will get your achievement.

I have finished the story and didnt get this achievement. Am i done for?

This didn't unlock for me until I started the next catwoman section, after defeating the 3 Tyger guards and entering the sewer.

Story related, and cannot be missed.
Once you’ve tracked down The Joker in the Steel Mill for the cure, you will have to beat him plus a number of his thugs as well as a Titan. Once they are taken down, you will receive the trophy.
