Story related achievement.
SPOILERS AHEAD
You get this by defeating Harley Quinn. I suggest when you start this encounter to look up and to the left, grapple up and take out the sniper. Use your silent takedowns on the thugs and try to sneak up on Harley from behind. Strikes, beat downs and silent takedowns work on her but ground pounds do not. I believe guys will keep spawning in so try to deal some damage and retreat if you have to. You may be able to get in a beat down after you knock her down for extra damage. Knock her out about 4 times and don't forget to knock out the other thugs that are remaining and you should easily get this achievement. Took me a few tries but it is honestly not a difficult achievement.

This is the next part of the story after you regain control of Robin. This will unlock after a huge open fight scene on the dry docks (which would make an awesome predator map, by the way). It’s like the last Catwoman fight in that you have to take down Harley four times while dealing with some of her thugs. Take out some of the thugs first (particularly the sniper) to give yourself some room to deal with Harley. Once her health bar is down to zero, take out the rest of the thugs to unlock the trophy.
