This achievement is story-related and cannot be missed.
This will be most likely your first achievement in the game. After you completed the tutorial section of the game playing Bruce Wayne you'll be getting your Batsuit on a rooftop.
As soon as you put on the cowl the achievment will unlock.

Without going into too much detail, this is the game's first storyline based achievement. There's a prologue, then the title sequence, then you control Bruce Wayne. Stuff happens, and you need to get your costume. Bruce and Alfred will direct you through an easy platforming section to it. Walk up, interact, the trophy will pop.
