As soon as you take over control, go to the mission marker and enter the building. Inside the building, you have to steal 3 keycards. After that go back and use the computer to open the vault. A fight will start and after said fight you are free to go into the vault. Take the briefcases and the achievement will unlock

It's time for Catwoman to break into the vault. Once you get out of Poison Ivy's hideout, head for the vault and go inside. There are two parts to this. The first is that you'll have to pickpocket the keycards from three guards. Go into Thief Vision (
) and look for guards that have a blue card that flashes green on their belts. Crawl around on the ceiling, drop down behind them, sneak up, and steal the card with 
. Hop back up to the ceiling before anyone sees you.
Once you have all three, head back to the security room. The mission now becomes basically a predator challenge where you have to take down all five guards in the room to get into the vault. After they're all down, step into the vault and complete the mission.
