When doing the challenges it only counts for the “combat maps” and the “predator maps”, the extra content maps won’t count going to for this achievement.

FYI, it unlocked after 51 medals for me. Or actually at 54 medals, but 3 of them are from the extra content maps, so only 51 from "original" maps. Maybe that caused the problem, but it unlocked.
