How to unlock the Storyteller achievement in Batman: Return to Arkham - Arkham City - Definitive Guide

"Storyteller" requires you to talk with Calendar Man on 12 specific days of the year. He is located in the basement of the Solomon Wayne Courthouse which is where you save Catwoman at the beginning of the game. The Calendar on the wall outside of his cell has each date that you need to visit him circled.

Since this game came out in October 2016 thats where I'll start. Not that anyone reading this is going to wait to get this legit lol.

Edit: I've updated the dates for 2021 and only listed the dates that change for 2022.

2021
-January 1st, New Years Day
-February 14th, Valentines Day
-March 17th, St. Patricks Day
-April 1st, April Fools Day
-May 9th, Mother's Day*
-June 20th, Father's Day*
-July 4th, Independence Day
-August 16th, St. Roch's Day
-September 6th, Labor Day*
-October 31st, Halloween
-November 25th, Thanksgiving*
-December 25th, Christmas

2022
-May 8th, Mothers Day*
-June 19th, Fathers Day*
-September 5th, Labor Day*
-November 24th, Thanksgiving*

*Every Year these dates will change so verify with the calendar next to his cell for dates beyond whats listed.

Now onto how to get this Achievement in about 30-45 minutes by changing the date manually, instead of waiting a year like intended.

- First go into your Settings , Network Settings and click "Go Offline"- Afterwards power your console down (mine isn't set to instant on) otherwise the console won't let you change the date.
-When your Xbone is back on go into Settings, System, Time -
You can now change the date to one of the days listed above and your ready to go.

Once in game enter through the back of the courthouse. This will be the load zone that we will use to save our progress each time we talk to Calendar Man. Go down, listen to what he has to say (some of its pretty messed up lol) then exit the building out of the same door we came in through. Once it saves hit the dashboard button cn_guide, then cn_left, click All Settings and change the date to another one of the specific days. Once done hit cn_guide and you can go back to Batman who will just be chilling outside the door to the courthouse. Never even needing to save/exit your game to change the date. Rinse and repeat. The game will track your progress by crossing out the months on the Calendar next to his cell.

Final note, I did this on Halloween, so I left that date for last and connected back to Xbox Live to automatically change the date before popping my Achievement. If your trying to do this on a day not listed then connect back to Live after hitting cn_A to talk with him one last time. The Chievo should pop before he's done talking.

Good luck and Happy Hunting!

EDIT: Credit goes to NapoEarth for pointing this out as a solution to some issues people are having while visiting Calendar Man on the correct dates but being told to come back another day.

It appears, after looking at the comments, that the date goes by GMT and your local time zone means nothing. This means that, depending on the time of the day, it will either work or you will be one day ahead or one day behind depending on where you live in relation to GMT.

So essentially it seems that the game doesn't go by the players time zone and instead sticks to a standard time no matter where you live. Which is causing issues with Holidays not falling on correct days for some.

I don't know why I didn't think of it earlier but thanks to The Dawn of Don heres a link to a website that will give you the current time for the GMT Timezone. You can also look up Holidays on this website.

The date changed, but I never got the in-depth stories from calendar man, just the generic two line taunts. And the dates never got scratched out on the calendar. The only one that scratched out and gave me a story was Halloween because it was on Halloween and I had reconnected.

Sounds to me like your box is reconnecting and changing your date back. When you go into your network settings to disconnect from live just pull the Ethernet/or forget wireless connection to make sure it doesn't have a chance to connect. Then turn your box off, restart and try again.

Try setting the date to the day before what you're supposed to. It might just be a time zone issue, but it seems to be working for me.

Yeah, that's what i wound up doing. I meant to come back and post that. I'm not sure what time zones have to do with it. I was doing it at bout 6 pm local, and was able to do 5 straight months without any problem.

I moved this weekend and my internet wasn't set up so I decided to try again and it worked. I did Jan 2016 through Thanksgiving and worked fine. I don't know if it had anything to do with unplugging my console completely, but it worked.

i did this legit on Halloween and it didn't give me credit for that day. Changing the date on the console didn't help either. Every time I talk to Calendar Man, He just tells me to come back on the next holiday. Maybe it is a time zone thing. I'll try setting the date to the day before to see if that works

For what its worth if your in Australia you have to be a day ahead of what is listed, it would definitely indicate that for some reason it is based on timezones now. being a day ahead also includes for Halloween instead of October 31st you set the date to November 1st

after reading napoearth's comments, what i did was simply change the date to the ones marked on calendar man's calendar while offline and always set the time at 12:01am. everytime i visit calendar man he gives me the talk for that date. i am now just waiting for december 25 to"officially" unlock the achievement.

I don't know how to help you man. When my Xbox turns on after "going offline" I'm still signed into my gamer tag. I also play with a disc version if that makes a difference. If you have a digital copy, I'm unsure how you'd go about changing the dates Or if it's even possible. If someone knows please chime in and I'll add it to my solution.

Yeah I have the disc version what happens is everything is fine until I power down my xb which then forces me to sign in to live again or not play batman. Like the problem I have really is the last step when you have to turn off the xb and turn it back on while staying signed in some how.

Is your Xbox set as your "Home" Console? If so I have no idea whats going wrong. I know it doesn't help but I've got no issues and I assume a majority who pop this achievement daily don't as well.
If you still have the problem of being unable to sign into a gamertag while offline maybe try browsing google for some answers. Sorry.

It should be under "Power Mode & Startup" in your settings. Or you can hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for 10 seconds to power cycle the system.

Just to save time, I tried to do multiple days at once. I was able to do two but then wouldn't give option to talk to calendar man anymore. But instead of doing 12 trios in and out, you can knock out in 6.

Did a Google search for GMT online clock. Found this site that will give the current time for the GMT timezone.

https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/gmt

This way players can adjust accordingly when going for this achievement legit. The same site also has holiday dates for holidays that are on a day of the week and not a calendar date like Thanksgiving which is on the 4th thursday of November. You will have to use the search option if you don't want to scroll recognized holidays forever.

Also if you are not going for legit on the dates, set your timezone to any of the ones that say UTC +00:00 and then adjust the time to be 12:00pm before restarting your Xbox after going offline to give yourself more than enough time to get the achievement.

Last but not least, I did this offline by changing my timezone to UTC +00:00. After I saw the Calendar Man on the last date I did not get a achievement pop. I changed all my time and date setting back to what they are supposed to be, restarted my Xbox, then went back online. Once I loaded my saved game the achievement popped.

I just got this. I'm hoping I can help people who had issues like me. I have the digital version and I can't make my Xbox my home console, so I GameFly'd the physical disc and shut off my internet to make it happen. As far as I can tell, you won't be able to do this without a disc and the "go offline" function is useless if there's an internet connection for it to connect to.

I don't mention "appear offline" anywhere, and unless its been changed, the only way my Xbone would let me change the date was "go offline" then restarting my console. As others have stated. You can either listen to his stories then change the date right in front of him, or run outside the court house for a save point and run back in. You DO NOT need to quit out of the game like you had to on the 360 version.

I couldn't get the time to change on my xbox at first. I turned it off then back on again and it still wouldn't change. The thing that got it to work was unplugging ethernet cable and then unplugging the power cable to the console and plugging it back in. When I started it back up the date was in 2014 and I was able to change it. Hope this helps someone wink

If it doesnt pop right away by doing all offline, the same thing happened to me as @iiTs Hawk. After reconnecting and seeing he had disappeared I went outside and fought the group of enemies infront of the courthouse and it popped after the fight was done, basically like the fight triggered it.

Here is my recent experience with trying to do this.

I think I may have installed it from the Game Pass list initially (rather than my game collection) and that didn't appear to work, but I've also purchased the complete Arkham Collection digitally and managed to do get it to work.

I initially tried to do it on a console that wasn't my home console by going to network settings and setting it to offline, then restarting the console (from the menus). The game wouldn't start and (from memory) gave an error message.

I then repeated this on my home console, and still got an error with it saying something along the lines of needing to be signed in with the account I bought the game with.

I then reinstalled the Arkham Collection from the store (web page rather than store on the console, but probably not an issue).

The next day, I started by disconnecting my modem from the router so that the console was still connected to a network, but there was no internet connection. After a restart I could change the date, but on trying to start the game it would show the splash screen, but then after a period go back to the home screen.

I then changed the network settings to Offline and the game would start. I could then go out of the back door to force a save, pause the game, go to console settings, change the date, return to game, go back in side and down to Calendar Man and go through the dialogue, return outside to force the save, etc. I went through all the dates from 17 March 2019 to 01 Jan 2020 leaving 14 Feb to do legitimately this week.

The step of disconnecting the router is probably unnecessary and my initial problems are probably down to having the wrong version installed (or rather not having the right licence installed).

For anyone trying to mop up what they can before this leaves gamepass, this guide DOES work on gamepass, I've just unlocked it. On a general note, it unlocked on my phone and Win10 while my xbox was starting up again. It took about 10-15 minutes after the restart to quietly unlock on xbox.

How did you get it to work with Game Pass? I tried two different ways.
1. Went offline. Powered down. Restarted and tried to start game. Error message about using online services, gamepass, gold, EA access, etc.
2. Started game while online. Visited Calendar man and stood outside the courthouse. Backed out of game and went offline. Resumed game and got in-game notification about being offline but could still play, i.e. beat up enemies. Went to settings to change date but couldn't do it. Could only change time zone.

EDIT: Followed MolecularAnt's method below and it worked for me. Thanks!

I'll try to be as precise as I can:
1. I started the game and got into the main menu, I then closed the game from dashboard
2. Switched my console to offline
3. Repeated step 1
4. Did a full shutdown
5. After turning my xbox on I didn't change the time, I started the game and went to the courthouse and marked down the dates on the calender, after that I went back outside
6. Now I changed the dates in the xbox setting according to the calender, after each time the date that you have done will be scribbled over on the calender
7. After all 12 dates were done I did another full shutdown and afterwards turned my xbox back to online mode

Arkham City still hasn't left Gamepass even after being scheduled to do so at the end of February.

Therefore, I will continue to try this achievement the old fashioned way by visiting the calendar man every month.

No, you don’t need to start with the first holiday of the year. Yes, you can get holidays checked off in different years, even out of order if you miss one and come back later (by out of order I mean the relative order of months in a year, like you could do 1-5 and 7-12 in 2021 then just grab 6 in 2022 or any future year; I have no experience on manipulating the dates to get this offline, so while I imagine the game wouldn’t give you trouble if you did some in 2022 and then went back in time to 2021, it’s not something I’ve verified).

This is a great guide, but I'm currently having issues. I live in GMT time zone, yet while trying to get my Mother's day date to register, he keeps talking about Independence Day for all. I'm praying someone found a fix.

EDIT:
if you get stuck in a loop of Calendar Man stating the same things, just use the year 2021 on your system and replicate the dates exactly as listed by this solution. It seems this workaround is best done going backward in time, not forward. After you go backward in time and your date does register, you can proceed forward in time again.

By Noble Wolf on 31 Mar 2022 09:54
To answer both Juggalo & Noble, you can only change the time/date offline in other words you can ONLY do it on the disc version so Juggalo, no work around except for the one Noble suggest, getting the physical version.
Also remember if you want the online time stamp you have to leave one date, preferably the next upcoming IRL so you can go online on that day & just have one "date" left with calendarman, good luck 🤞

After 8 PM currently on "Mother's Day Eve" (so after midnight GMT) and when I talk to him, he prompts me to come back on Independence Day. Super weird b/c even if it just wasn't registering that it's Mother's Day yet, he should still prompt me to come back then - and this means it's also skipping Father's Day. Am I SOL w/o the offline trick?

EDIT: did as suggested below and was able to get the final date completed. Thank you to all that posted.

^same thing here. I have every date completed but mother's day, which I missed last year. Should have popped this last September.

After further investigation it looks like my save must be glitched. There is no date in May that is circled, I'm assuming that probably explains why he's talking about independence day. Just broken

By mentoc on 08 May 2022 01:55
In 2021, the 12 days were circled in the calendar next to Calendar Man's prison cell.

In 2022, they were not, but everything worked fine during the first four months, most likely because these are all fixed dates. After meeting Calendar Man on one of these dates, the complete respective month became scribbled out indicating that it still works. However, as mentioned above, on Mother's Day 2022 Calendar Man talks about Independence Day, which would be the next fixed date (and not even the next date in June, in case I may have been too late on Mother's Day).

It therefore seems to be required to use the offline method at least for the four flexible dates shown in this solution.

So basically the idea for getting this achievement from now on is to make triple sure to knock out the dates that change or your probably going to be locked of the achievement unless you start a new file then

By HandmadeGoose97 on 08 May 2022 07:39
Just tested this and it still works. I went in with the game online and he just talks about Independence Day. Switched my console to offline and changed the date to may 9, 2021 and went back in and talk to him. Left the courthouse and went back in and may was now scratched out. Switched my console back online and may stayed crossed out when I started the game back up and went back in. No need to start a new save file, just use the offline method for the flexible dates. Fixed dates work as normal as I got February, March, and April in 2022 on their respective dates. I tested this on my save file that was made back in 2019.

So technically from 2022 onwards this is now unobtainable through the intended way of waiting and visiting on the correct dates of each month. Now only obtainable by the offline change the dates method to one of the correct dates within the 10 years of the games original launch date? 2011-2021? May look into picking up a cheap disc copy for the Return to Arkham XB1 version at some point just to wrap up the completion.

This works on digital, but after you get the last one, exit the courthouse, change the date again, and reenter, as that's what allowed me to get the achievement. It may give you the achievement in the background without anything on screen. I had to check my achievements and it's there.

I unlocked this today using the offline method and changing the date manually. I left the courthouse every 2-3 dates because the (A) prompt would disappear. when he finishes talking about a date change the date in settings and talk to him again. achievement unlocked no problem. had to leave the courthouse 4-5 times only and put the year to 2021 as well. +1

I can confirm that chaning the year to 2021 worked for me as well. It seems as though the game's code for the internal calendar only goes up to 10 years (given the game originally came out in 2011). Any year before 2022 should work.

Same here. Better to use the 2021 dates than the 2022 dates. The achievement popped for me after I reconnected to the internet.

Can confirm that October 31 worked for me in 2022 (360 version but just sharing). I believe the dates that change every year are the ones that won't work. You can't use the 2021 dates for those unless you actually change your console date to 2021 as well.

Yeah, the variable dates seem broken post-2021. Every date I try for May has him telling me to come back on Independence Day. So, achievement requires at least some date fudging now if you didn't get these dates.

None of the dates appear circled on the calendar starting with 2022, but the static ones will still play and complete fine.

Can confirm it does unlock on a day not listed if you press A to talk on your last one and then go online, only for me it popped silently and took a minute or so to appear.

Can't believe this bullshit is broken. It's simple to get offline, yeah, but I want to get it while online so it tracks on TrueAchievements.

Struggling to get this achievement to pop. I have restarted my xbox, the entire board is crossed out, and have played on for about 2 hours. No achievement. Any ideas?

Edit: for anyone in the same boat, the achievement never popped, however, it did unlock. I noticed when I went on my xbox profile via the app on my phone, and even when I refreshed my account on here, the achievement had unlocked, but it wasn't showing on my xbox. I closed out of the game and restarted my xbox and then went into my achievements to look (not the home button achievement menu, the actual achievements page) and then everything synced and it appeared everywhere.

@VIDJOGAMEMASTR all XB1 achievements unlock online anyway, you literally can't unlock an achievement offline. You can meet the requirements offline but it wont unlock until you go online.

I'm not sure if using the 2024 dates work. I had the same dates listed by Castmango above. However when I tried the mothers day date it just didn't work; nor did fathers day. So you can just set the date to be the 2021 dates and that will work.

Update 2024!!
2021 IS THE LAST WORKING YEAR, believe me, I spent hours testing.
Do everything in the guide above but remember the following:
- You don't need to listen to the entire dialogue to cross out the dates, go in, press talk, as soon as the dialogue triggers, run up, get out the door, wait for the game to save, and change the date (rinse and repeat of course)
- Since it's impossible to get it legit, the achievement may take up to 24 HOURS TO POP, so as soon as you do every step, and re-connected your Xbox, wait for a day and it should pop (without any notification, unfortunately).
- If it doesn't pop within 24 hours, just start a new save, it takes about 8 mins to get to Harvey and beat him, then you just do the process again, it won't take you very long.

Dica

You dont need to restart your console. Just quit the game, choose new date, start the game. Verify black marker around the date (zigzag in month), listen to story, run up and out the door for saving, Quit the game, set new date and start game. Rinse and repeat.
If you have both cabled network and WiFi setup on your Xbox, and you pull the network cord out, your WiFi will automatically reconnect to Xbox-Live and then override your manual time and set the time automatic. So choose "go offline" from Network Settings, and dont restart console. "Appear Offline" is NOT the right one roll

Do you have to have 12 dates in the same calendar year, or can you spread them up? I haven't done any before but St Roch's Day (August 16th) is coming up. I tried on July 4th and had no luck. Do I need to start with the first holiday of the year?

I found a thread on Reddit where someone said that the calendar man dates are only coded for the first ten years after release. So you’ll have to change your system back to the date for a previous year in order to trigger it at this point.

Mother's Day 2022 didn't work for me. I switched the year to 2021 and used the 2021 date and it worked. Maybe the devs didn't update the date anymore past 2021? Not sure of course, since I had a sample size of one try before going with 2021 dates instead of 2022.

Like many have already pointed out, I also couldn't get any of the dates with an asterisk (at least without reverting the clock on my Xbox). Every other date worked fine for me though, I just unlocked this legitimately on July 4, 2024.

I'd like to add something just in case people are still having trouble changing the date on their console.

I contacted Xbox customer support, and I had the representative walk me through this process that I will share with you now:

Step 1 - Turn off your console and unplug the power cord from the console AND the wall outlet
Step 2 - After a few minutes, plug everything back in and turn your console back on
Step 3 - Go to the Blu-ray settings, and select the "clear storage" box 3 times.

After you do step 3, you should be able to change the date without any trouble.

If this works for anybody else, please let me know.

Since 2022 it is impossible to unlock this achievement legitimately, so the only option is to use the strategy where you set your xbox to offline in your settings, power off your xbox, power it back on then manually change your dates in the time section.

The way the achievement is supposed to be won is by talking to the calendar man inside the underground prison cell he resides in the court house where you saved Catwoman from Two-face near the start of the game. The easiest way to find him is by entering through the back entrance and taking the first left you come across, down the stairs and to taking the first right to the end of the corridor.

*Important*
In order to ensure that the game has changed your date after talking to the Calendar man you must exit the courthouse first and THEN change the date, where you can then enter and talk to the calendar man again.
ALSO, in order to actually unlock the achievement, since your xbox will not be connected to the internet and it won't unlock, you have to change your date to whatever the final date you decide to do, then enter the courthouse, walk directly in front of calendar man and then set your xbox back online, then talk to the calendar man in order to unlock the achievement.

2021
-January 1st, New Years Day
-February 14th, Valentines Day
-March 17th, St. Patricks Day
-April 1st, April Fools Day
-May 9th, Mother's Day
-June 20th, Father's Day
-July 4th, Independence Day
-August 16th, St. Roch's Day
-September 6th, Labor Day
-October 31st, Halloween
-November 25th, Thanksgiving
-December 25th, Christmas

These are the dates that you will have to input into your xbox. Happy Hunting

Why is it that it is now impossible in 2022 if you don't mind me asking?
Legitimately it is impossible to complete in 2022 is due to the game being programmed in 2011, which means that my best guess that for this achievement to unlock the devs manually inputted the holidays in the year that fluctuate, such as mothers & fathers day, but didn't account for the year 2022 and such, so when you go from now on you cannot unlock it legitimate, as you see I unlocked it on Father's day of 2022, so I just wanted to spread this information out as much as possible in order for future gamers to not miss the 100% in this amazing game.

holidays such as labour day, since the 10 year anniversary of the 360 game releasing are completely broken, presumably due to Devs programming 10 years in advance then forgetting about this achievement. To fix this just follow the steps of turning your xbox offline and manually changing the dates in the settings in order to get the achievement post 2021

Your solution works perfectly except one thing(at least in 2024 on a series X); for your final date you must remain in offline mode when you talk to calendar man. After you've gotten all your dates done, go back online, you dont even need to leave the courthouse. Doing this, it popped *immediately* for me.

The problem I ran into with your solution was the date would switch back, even as I stood in front of his cell. So I had to go back outside, put it back in offline mode, reboot my console, then reset the date to christmas and trigger his final convo.

Hey everyone

For those of you, like me, have the digital edition and not physical, you can still change the date and access the game offline!

All you have to do is set your xbox as your "Home Xbox" and this enables you play your installed games offline. I just tried this and it works! Set the date to new years and went and talked to Calender Man.

To set your Xbox as your "Home Xbox", be connected to XBL and go to:

Settings > General > Personalisation > My home Xbox then hit the checkmark.

After that, go offline, restart your Xbox and change the date.

Good luck!

You can change the date and time in the settings menu of the PS4.

I got the trophy as follows:
- Go to court building with Batman
- Go to the settings of the PS4 and change the date
- Go back to the game and unpause
- Enter the building
- Go to the basement
- Talk with the calendar man
- Exit the building and let the game save
- Go to the settings and change to the following date
- ...

You can see the dates you have to enter on the wall next to the holding cell. You don't have to be offline to change the date on the ps4.
I didn't need it but I also made a back-up of my save.

Edit: these are the dates for 2017.

January 1 - New Year's
February 14 - Valentine's Day
March 17 - St. Patrick's Day
April 1 - April Fool's Day
May 14 - Mother's Day
June 18 - Father's Day
July 4 - Fourth of July
August 16 - St. Roch's Day
September 4 - Labor Day
October 31 - Halloween
November 23 - Thanksgiving
December 25 - Christmas

FYI the dates are only coded for the first 10 years after release. Starting in 2022 the dates are no longer circled on the calendar but can still be marked off for static holidays. You'll need to change the date on your console back to 2021 dates at the latest for Mother's Day, Father's Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.

If it's 2024 and you're on an Xbox Series S or X, have a digital copy of the game (Return to Arkham), AND/OR Calendar Man has disappeared (see final paragraph), etc etc:

Lots of great advice and guides for this one already, but I just spent a few days trying every which way to unlock this after Calendar Man disappeared (see last paragraph for everything I tried) and finally got it so I figured I'd put that all in one spot for anyone in the same boat.

#1 - "go offline" mode and physically disconnecting your Xbox from the internet are not the same. At least 4 of my attempts were made by just unplugging the Xbox from the internet and none of them worked, then I tried the same steps after using the "go offline" option in network settings and "achievement unlocked." Seems like online prompts might be queued differently when the Xbox knows it's just in offline mode as opposed to not connected to the internet at all.

#2 - I did this NOT on an actual holiday so for the very last date I waited until Calendar Man was finished with his entire story, he sat back on his bed, and the "cn_A Talk to Calendar Man" prompt had reappeared. Then I went to settings, hit "go online," then went back to the game. I never saw the achievement pop but when I checked my achievements it was finally unlocked.

#3 - And just to be thorough the steps from the beginning are: go to network settings, go offline, completely shut down the Xbox (I did it from settings, power options, shut down), turn on the Xbox, switch the time to UTC (so you don't have to worry about the whole GMT thing), and change the date to January 1st 2021 (I used all the 2021 dates). Go to the courthouse, talk to Calendar Man, wait until he's done, step outside the back door so the game saves, go into settings and change it to the next date, and repeat the process. The 2021 dates are:
  • January 1st
  • February 14th
  • March 17th
  • April 1st
  • May 9th
  • June 20th
  • July 4th
  • August 16th
  • September 6th
  • October 31st
  • November 25th
  • December 25th
Because I think Reagan Oliver might be right in that it's impossible to legitimately unlock this now. If you look at the calendar next to Calendar Man's cell in 2024, where there would usually have the dates circled when you have to visit, there are now NO dates circled. Also it's currently April and when I talk to him he makes a remark about independence, like July 4th is the next day I should visit him even though chronologically the next holiday is Mother's Day, so maybe there's a chance that July 4th (or one of the other static holidays) still works, I'll edit this in July and let you know.

If Calendar Man has disappeared: this happened to me at least 4 times: on my first game, on my ng+ save, and on 2 more saves where I started the game over entirely from the beginning. Basically if you talk to him the last time and then exit the courthouse it'll cross off all the dates, save the game, and Calendar Man will be gone (creepy!). I tried reconnecting to the internet right after hitting cn_A to talk to him for the last time, I tried reconnecting after, and I tried fighting guys outside until another save triggered. I tried coming back after a day, signing my profile out and in at different stages, and I even tried deleting my save, going offline, and starting over. Tried it all and no achievement. If that's where you're at, Calendar Man has disappeared on your og an ng+ saves, and nothing is working, I unfortunately don't have better advice than "just start another game and try again," but luckily the courthouse is the very first place you go to as Batman so it only takes 5-10 minutes to get there from the beginning. And again, use "go offline" instead of physically disconnecting your Xbox from the internet, that's probably what finally did it for me.

Good luck!

(GLITCHED)

Calendar Man is located in a cell below the Courthouse in Park Row. Visit him on 12 different holidays, and press to talk to him. Done correctly, Calendar Man will muse about an incident he caused on that day in the past.

The dates are scribbled down on calendars next to his cell, but for your convenience, these are the dates for 2017:

  • January 1: New Year's Day
  • February 14: Valentine's Day
  • March 17: Saint Patrick's Day
  • April 1: April Fool's Day
  • May 14: Mother's Day (American)
  • June 18: Father's Day (American)
  • July 4: Independence Day
  • August 16: Saint Roch's Day
  • September 4: Labor Day
  • October 31: Halloween
  • November 23: Thanksgiving
  • December 25: Christmas Day

If you’re not intent on spending a year earning this trophy, you can change the internal date on your PS4 or PS3 in order to earn this trophy. On your respective system, navigate to the Settings menu, and select “Date and Time”. Here you will be able to manually set the date and time, and after you’re done, you can set it back to normal in the same menu by selecting the respective setting that will sync the date and time with the internet.

Note on PS4, you do not have to close the application for this to work. You can register a date with Calendar Man, leave the courthouse to autosave, change the date, then repeat without quitting the game.

Do note, however, that your save has a small chance of corrupting when doing so, especially if you change the date while the game is autosaving. Be sure to back up your save using PlayStation Plus or a USB stick before attempting this trophy, and wait until the game is saved before doing anything.

Be sure to press when prompted to speak to him, to make sure that the visit is registered. Also, leave the Courthouse after visiting him in order for the game to autosave each visit. The trophy will unlock as soon as you visit him on the 12 dates.
