Batman: The Enemy Within - The Telltale Series

You start off where the last episode ended. In the cryo-chamber. Hack the emp with your phone (matching the schematic) then you will escape the chamber.

After chatting with Alfred you'll go to Bodhi Spa.
You'll then talk to a spa worker to get access to the elevator.
Once down you'll need a keycard to advance. Clear some debris on the left to get the card.
You'll meet up with Catwoman and have a conversation.
End of chapter.

Bruce and Harley knock the spa receptionist unconscious and the team enters the facility to steal the virus but encounters heavy resistance. In one of the attacks only Bruce manages to escape. The achievement appears just as he throws himself out of the trap, leaving everyone behind.

Note: Telltale games often have problems with the achievements. To be safe always exit the game completely. Never use the Quick Resume option. Apparently it's necessary for the game to connect to the servers for everything to work well.
