As all achievements, this achievement is story related, No need for a guide if you don't like spoilers.
This guide is for chapter 3 and 4, as 3 already popped at the end of 2.
You will get back to the batcave where Alfred will patch you up. You will have to see the reports of the other 2 attacks, one of which was executed by a mystery suspect, and the other one by Harleen Quinzel. You will have to gather intel as Bruce Wayne. John Doe aka the Joker is your way in. You will get to a pub to meet him.
You will have a discussion with John, after which you make up. Either pinky swear to become friends or refuse to do so. Afterwards, John's friend will attack you with a knife. Either bribe him with a drink or punch him out.
You will meet Harley and John in a car. You will have a long chat with them, and for some time with Harley individually. They want to have some hackers key from Wayne Enterprises to show that you are capable of joining the "pact".
You will enter the building and Harley will take out the guard. Either choose to attempt to rescue him or use the elevator. Afterwards, in the elevator another colleague is assaulted. Inside your office, use the chess board to enter the hidden room. inside the hidden room, attempt to open the vault before scanning the following objects: -Photograph and desk ornament on the desk -Keyboard in the back -EMP-generator in the center of the room Then open the vault. Tiffany will be in there. After a while you have to either choose for Tiffany or for Harleen. You will have a discussion with Alfred later, after which the episode ends.
