As for all other Telltale games with more than one version in the series, you can import your choices from the previous version, or choose to go with default options.
As all achievements, this achievement is story related, No need for a guide if you don't like spoilers.
First, you discuss your findings with Alfred. You will find out more about the explosion in Wayne tower. Afterwards, link the communciation grid to the cellphone list with Agency numbers. Then link the Agency cell phones to the missiles. You'll find out that you need to go through the audio file, to copy the signal. Find the 2 corresponding files which are the same. For me this was Tiffany (2nd from left, 2nd from left) and Bruce (3rd from left, 5th from left)
You will need a to focus on a lead to get to the riddler. You get more info on both the armsdealer Mori and on Knable, Riddler's lieutenant. Choose either of them to get to Riddler.
If you choose Mori, you will get the option to either take a drive by force or transferring Mori cash to get out of the country. Either way will get you a location to go for, finding the Riddler.
If you choose Knable, you will pay him a visit at the police station. You might need to get your info from him by force. You can choose the cameras to remain on or to be turned off, and later on either make him reveal info by hurting him physically or by scaring him.
You will go to the " Lady of Dublin", a ship. You will have to fight of some of riddler's henchman in QTE's, before you end up in a cage with one of the agents. You will have to answer 3 questions, answering right means a 2nd sonic blast, answering wrong will get one of the agents killed. At the 3rd question, you will have to link to missiles to the device on your left arm, then the bat-cam to the sky/cage and as last the death chamber to the agent.
After a short fight with the Riddler, you will need to make the missiles useless. You will then take the Riddler into custody... with a little twist. The episode finishes off with a dialogue with Amanda Waller, on which I will not spoil too much.
