During quest With Great Power you’ll talk to the chief then Mila presents two options - choose “I will help with the ritual” and play through to complete the mission and this will unlock.
There will be two auto saves calling Turning Point - load the earlier one to choose the other route to get the other missable achievement “No Left Behind”.
The ritual route is easier combat that the army route but with some boulder/marble puzzle segments at the end.
