This choice is story related at the end of the Dazzling Hope quest. You'll know it's coming up when you meet Padara, an excited little guy.
After completing a puzzle room, you'll reach a stone and you'll have a choice - "Gather the energy" or "Protect the Destroyers."
To earn this achievement, you must choose "Protect the Destroyers." The achievement will pop immediately.
Note: The game autosaves right before you make the choice, so you can reload that save to make the other choice and get the Childelike Spirit achievement. You don't get that achievement right away, though; you have to return to Izanak before that one will pop.
