Bandages can be found or bought from markets in settlements.
Once you have one, place it in a brothers pocket slot.
When in battle, an injury which causes bleeding is eligible for a bandage. Look out for the drop of blood 🩸 icon which will drain life of the affected bro at the end of each turn.
Once you have a bro who is bleeding, get one of your bros to use a bandage on him. This stops the bleeding and will unlock the achievement.
