How to unlock the Angler achievement in Battle Chasers: Nightwar - Definitive Guide

Cumulative. To bang this out make sure whenever you can upgrade your rod and reel you do so. Secondly, whenever you see a fishing hole stop and fish. Each hole has about 5-8 fish. This achievement is easy if you just make sure to stop when you find a hole. Fishing holes are scattered throughout the terrain. I know Fisherman’s warf has 3 holes to fish.

This is just as easy as it sounds, just catch 50 fish in total. You do not need to get any certain ones for this one as any types will do so you can just spam different ones in the dungeons or at Fishmonger's when you get there (just have to stay at the inn or finish a dungeon to reset them with new fish). Upgrading to a stronger rod and a better lure will help in attracting/catching fish, especially in the later areas. After you catch your 50th fish, the trophy will pop.

This will easily come as you work toward "Fish Watching" since it will take a while to get all the rarer fish. See that achievement for more info on fishing.
