Story related can't miss, you will receive the final party member after leaving the gate.

Story related, can not be missed.

After you obtain the Dead Heart, make your way back to the Southern Gate and use it to get through the gate there. Continue down the path towards Deadwatch to find Alumon. After you finish talking to him, he will join your group and the trophy will pop.
