How to unlock the Mystery Solved achievement in Battle Chasers: Nightwar - Definitive Guide

Almost every dungeon in the game, will have a glowing, floating cube you can interact with. it will ask you to place an item inside. I used an unequipped weapon I had, it vanished and re-appeared elsewhere in the dungeon. Find the cube a second time and interact with it again to recover your item which will be significantly stronger. Once its in your hands again the achievement will pop.

NOTE: For everstoned777, the cube didn't appear until Junktown, just in case some were wondering why they still haven't come across one in the 2 first dungeons (Iron Outpost & Path of Fangs) Though the randomness of the Dungeons prevents me from saying if this is always the case.

Excellent guide clap
just wanted to add that for me the cube didn't appear until Junktown, just in case some were wondering why they still haven't come across one in the 2 first dungeons (Iron Outpost & Path of Fangs)
Though the randomness of the Dungeons prevents me from saying if this is always the case, Anywhooo good luck with the rest of this amazing game wave

Mystery Boxes are found in different dungeons starting with Junktown. They are a stone box where you are given the option of putting an item into it and when you do, the box disappears to some other location in the dungeon. Keep searching the dungeon until you find where it went, then just go up to it and investigate it to get the now changed version of the weapon back and the trophy will pop.

I encountered my first Mystery Cube in the Junktown dungeon, a second in the Strongmont dungeon, and later during Legendary plays I found them nearly everywhere. These are grey blocks that sort of come alive with a glowing core when you walk near them. You can put a weapon in them, and then the cube will warp to a different part of the dungeon. There is no telling where it will pop up, so just search every section to find it. When you find it, you will get your item back at one quality higher (uncommon to rare, rare to epic). You'll be without your weapon until you find the cube again, so it's actually ideal to do this after clearing the dungeon of all the monsters.

Didn't encounter a box on my first playthrough. Completed each dungeon ~3 times.
In NG+ I met him right away in Zheleznaya Zastava.

I met this Cube at the beginning of the game in the very first dungeon (Iron Outpost), going through it again on difficulty 2 for a blue chest.
Cube asked to put something in it, gave him unnecessary green gloves and received them back, but now purple.
If I knew the result, it would be better to give him the sword with which I ran.

The cube does not accept items that are in the inventory, only those that are worn by the character.

In Khlamograd (and on the first playthrough) I came across this cube. He takes the item and disappears. I found it by going back one location, where there were two fishing places nearby. The cube appeared in front of the characters, replacing the green item given to it with a purple one.
