Just continue playing the storyline and this is not a missable achievment. It’s basically automatic as you progress through the game early.

Story related, can not be missed.
When you get to Junktown, make it to the boss and defeat him. During the cut scene that follows he will begin to initiate self-destruct, only for him to power down before he does. You then learn it's because of Monika. After the cut scene and dialog ends, she will join back up with you and the trophy will pop.
