My solution to beating Arcade mode on any difficulty is to use Death Bringer and spam Forward + Y until you can enter Heat mode by hitting LT, then hit with Y three more times and it will trigger your Final Strike special. Rinse and repeat. This works especially well on Round 8 and 9 (the last two fights) against Death Bringer himself and his evolved form. His evolved form is only vulnerable when you're in Heat mode by pressing LT. Again, spam Y and he is toast.

you can actually just spam or autofire LT since LT does those moves anyway when not being used to enter heat mode

These are all pretty self-explanatory. Just beat arcade mode with any character under the conditions listed in the achievement description.
