Achievement Description: Outside of training mode, use Urs's taunt repeatedly to enter Heat Up mode
The easiest method for getting it would be to play against a second controller, as if you get hit it will stop charging. I have confirmed that it works in 2P.
Select Urs and simply hold down RT (Taunt) and after a few seconds he will go into heat mode. Achievement unlocked

Just hold down the taunt button without getting hit for about 6-7 seconds and he'll enter heat up mode.
