Watson's combo is the easiest of all combo achievements. You can do it on practice mode and I really recommend it unless you want some challenge.
I also suggest you choose some tall character as your opponent, such as Deathbringer or Donvalve.
There is two requirements before starting the combo itself:
1) have 2 mana bars
2) level up Watson (just keep spamming the C attack until you level up - you will see his staff glowing)
Now for the combo:
Heat Up > Twinkle Dust (QCB+A/C) > B Torabase Minore (QCF+B) > Twinkle Dust (QCB+A/C) > Twinkle Dust (QCB+A/C) > Alsuhail Almuhlif (QCF, QCF+A/C)
The key is waiting about 2 seconds between the last Twinkle Dust and his Super.

There are a few ways to do this, but the way I did this was I started with going into heat up mode, then doing QCB+C twice, even though you need to do it 3 times to actually start his heat-up special, only do it twice. Make sure you do them very quickly, and then immediately after the 2nd one, do his QCF+D attack to send out a little thing that will start biting him in the behind to build up your combo. Wait til that thing hits the enemy either 8 or 9 times, and then do the final QCB+C to start the heat up attack. Wait a few seconds for all those meteors to hit him and then try to time it near the end-ish of those meteors, start his QCFx2+C attack to do the final push of the combo. I got a 43 hit combo, the way I timed it. Good luck.
