you only need to do the main branch of story mode to get this achievement, but i will assume that you are going for 100% in story mode, also i suggest using practice mode to learn the characters moves.

lose to every character in the main and second branch of story mode, on the Second branch finish with any Super against Donvalve, Urs, Cedric and Deathbringer. To get to the second branch use Magnum Jetter 5 times on Marco.
