I've been doing this for over an hour now and my character still hasn't changed their glasses to the Groucho Marx ones yet. Do I need to have something unlocked? Because this seems ridiculous.

To switch your glasses press QCB+R2 (Taunt). It will probably take several attempts to actually pull out the Nose Glasses. Keep trying! You must be in battle with Deathbringer as the terms of the trophy state.
When you can manage to pull out the Nose Glasses, you will also unlock the “Oh, no you didn’t” trophy.

Ok, now last but certainly not least, the combo achievements. These are easily the hardest skill-based achievements in the game outside of the two End of Deathbringer ones, so you're going to have to be pretty damn good at the game to get these, and having a 360 arcade stick helps a lot for doing a lot of the more complicated moves.
Before we get started, I'll post a link again to the page which has a video showing someone doing all of these achievements. You have to watch VERY closely and watch every tiny millisecond of timing in those videos and even the placement of the characters on the stage can affect whether the timing works out right or not.
Also, if you see the person doing a move to start off the combo where they rush the opponent and the opponent goes flying through the air, that's a Gachi move, and if you're attempting these in practice mode, you have to make sure to turn your opponent's AI to "Gachi Drive" and then execute a Forward+Gachi Button to start off that combo. Also, always remember to activate heat up first, or these combos don't work.
Study these videos like CRAZY to get the timing and other fine details down right, because some of it is so much easier to just watch than it is to try and explain.
Video is here. Scroll all the way to the bottom and when you see the last video, scroll up to the second to last video and click the little button to start.
