you only need to do the main branch of story mode to get this achievement, but i will assume that you are going for 100% in story mode, also i suggest using practice mode to learn the characters moves.

lose to every character in the main and second branch of story mode. To get to the Second branch win by timeout vs Olivia.

JMJimmy's solution is good enough, i just feel like putting my solution on all of the story achievements ^_^
