you only need to do the main branch of story mode to get this achievement, but i will assume that you are going for 100% in story mode, also i suggest using practice mode to learn the characters moves.
lose to every character in the main and second branch of story mode, finish with Quickshot against Olivia, Ashley, Face and Freed on the main Branch. To get to the Second branch use Texas Knee 5 times vs Urs.

So for clarification, I'm assuming that the EU version's "Quickshot" is the NA version's "Quick Draw" move, every FAQ I can find calls the move Quickshot but the move list in the NA version says "Quick Draw". Thankfully at least one of them described it as hit Heat Up special, so I was able to sort it out.
