Start a new game on the hard difficulty and play through the entire campaign. The achievements stack, so you'll only need one playthrough.

The levels are in this order:
Wake Island, Bataan, Guadalcanal 1, Guadalcanal 2, Leyte 1, Leyte 2, Luzon, Iwo Jima 1, Iwo Jima 2, Iwo Jima 3.

And the game is very quick and short.
