You will need to boost this achievement, as no one plays this online. Luckily this can be done in player matches with only two people.
Set up a Player match on the map Headquarters, and set the capture limit to 5. Have the other player come to your base and pick up the flag, then kill him. Rinse and repeat four more times and the achievement will pop immediately. The other player will also unlock:

This will also unlock during the match. Now go to the other players base and you pick up the flag and get shot five times. Now have each person return at least one captured flag, then have either person win the match. At the end of the match you will both unlock:

To unlock this simply kill the flag carrier 5 times in one match whether it be ranked or player match, you can just sit in your base and wait for the flag carrier to come in to score and shoot him before he scores the flag. You will know he is the flag carrier because your flag whether it will be the Japan flag or the American flag will be on his back standing up high. This can be done with only two people in the match. It is boostable, as all the online achievement are in this game
