Easiest done with a boosting buddy. Does not need to be done as a Ranked Match. Player match works fine. Choose CAPTURE THE FLAG as the gametype. Meet at the location of one of the flags. Stand next to each other while one of the two throws a grenade down. Both should die instantly. Meet up again, rinse and repeat. Achievement unlocks in-game so you'll know when to switch.
