Easiest way is with a boosting buddy.
Set up a player match with a 50 kill limit and proceed to kill your buddy 50 times without him killing you. At the end of the match you should unlock this achievement as well as "The Promotion is Yours" and "Total War".
Also you can combine this with any of the weapon achievements.
***NOTE***
You MUST sent the timer to UNLIMITED for the match otherwise the achievement will not unlock as the game considers it a timed match and not a kill count.

The smallest map to play is HQ, you can get to the middle (green tent) usually in less than 2 turns of the corners

Unlimited you say? Ok I'll try that, cause yea I can't get it to unlock and I've been playing 50 kill limit TDM all nite..

You will need to boost this achievement, as no one plays this game online. Luckily, this can be done in Player matches with only two people.
Set this up on Deathmatch so that you can get several other achievements at the same time. Use the following settings:
Match type: Player
Game type: Deathmatch
Time: Unlimited ***Important that you make sure this says Unlimited
Kill limit: 50
Map: Headquarters
Other settings don't matter.
The map is very small and circular, so meet in the middle and have one player kill the other player 50 times in a row. I recommend using either melee, pistol, or trench gun since this will get you another achievement, either:
The Close Combat achievement in The History Channel: Battle for the Pacific worth 45 pointsKill 50 opponents with melee attacks in any multiplayer mode.
or
The Dueler achievement in The History Channel: Battle for the Pacific worth 45 pointsAccumulate 50 kills with a pistol in any multiplayer mode.
or
The Trench Gunner achievement in The History Channel: Battle for the Pacific worth 89 pointsAccumulate 50 kills with the Trench Gun in any multiplayer mode.
When the match ends, you will also unlock all of the following achievements:
The Total War achievement in The History Channel: Battle for the Pacific worth 43 pointsHave a 5 to 1 or better Kill to Death ratio in a multiplayer match (minimum of 20 kills).

The The Promotion Is Yours achievement in The History Channel: Battle for the Pacific worth 64 pointsWin a Deathmatch game by 10 points.
