How to unlock the Field Promotion achievement in Battle Islands: Commanders - Definitive Guide

I haven't got this but one thing that needs to be noted is you need to promote 20 different units not twenty promotions in general.

just by the launch button and going to achievements im stuck at one away still on this one.
