the warship costs 650k not 10k. this cost can be supplemented by gold bars (real world currency)

Really easy, just upgrade bunker and promote Warship one time ( need 6 hours )

Is anyone else not having this unlock for them? I promoted the warship and nothing popped.

First, you will need to get the Command Bunker to rank 4, then promote the Warship. It will cost 10k and take 6 hours to complete. It's a good ship to use, so you'll want to attack with it anyway.
