Simply the achievement you get for completing the entire game in co-op. You are guaranteed to get a letter grade as long as you get 3 gems and go through the exit on each level. There are 8 chapters in total with 9 normal levels and 1 timed finale in each chapter.
You don't have to do the 3 Encores in each chapter, but if you do you should get "crowd pleaser" for another 15 g!
