A couple of important points here I've discovered:

- Guest accounts cannot use the trading booth, which lead me to (having limited online time while I was trying to get this) creating a spare 4 or 5 silver accounts to trade with....
- "Local Games" don't count towards this global trader total - so despite having traded locally with over 10 different local accounts this did not fire.
- Under your stats, the figure for "Trades completed" is not this counter. That value is actually however many trades you've made regardless of the circumstances so will increase when you're doing many trades with the same person, or with silver accounts on a local game.

- It looks like the only way to actually get this is to be in XBLA games and actually trade with other people online.
- However, you can always negotiate with your coop buddy to both trade for 0 gems each. Doing 10 of these online with unique (i.e. different each time) gamers will trigger the achievement.

If you're having trouble getting someone to actually trade with you because they are being a jerk and just trying to demand your special star heads, try offering free normal heads out to people that they don't have. You can always re-purchase those ones yourself later.

Warning: Don't trade away your special heads - you can't just get them back easily. Depending on the head it may be impossible to reaquire without trading again.

Since this game can be played on Xbox One through backwards compatibility, those of you who have both an Xbox One and an Xbox 360 can get this achievement by themselves, in case you're having a hard time finding cooperative randoms or any randoms at all for that matter. However, it might take a fair amount of time because you must create 10 extra accounts on your Xbox one.

So, what you need to do is this:

- Log on to the 360 with the account going for the achievement
- Xbox Live Game on the main menu
- Host Player match
- The Story on normal mode
- Set private slots to zero (You might occasionally get lucky and have a cooperative random join your game before you have a chance to join with one of your extra accounts).

Now switch over to your Xbox one (where supposedly you are already logged in with one of ten extra accounts you already created. Go to Xbox Live Game and select "Find Player match" on normal mode and you should find the match which your gamertag on the 360 created and you can start up the game. Take both players to the trading booth and exchange whatever you like between your 2 accounts and exit the game.

Repeat this another 9 times and the achievement is yours.

I know it's a long process to create 10 extra accounts on Xbox one. This solution is ideal for people who wanna get this cheevo on their own without running into non cooperative randoms. Also, trying to set up sessions with 10 different gamers will take a lot of time.

Assuming you've read all the tips given by GregSweetman above, here is a plan to do the achievement.

Manage to create a session of 11 people including you (if you have yet done some trading you can do it with less than 11) then you can proceed.

Players will be named from "A" to "K".

First - Two groups will play at the same time on two different host
• A B C D and K H I J
• A E F G and K B C D
• A H I J and K E F G
• B E H J and K A

Second - Players will alternate each other in these sessions
• B F G I
• C E H I
• C F G J
• C A F H
• D E F J
• D H I G

This is the fastest method imo with any player trading with each other.
