Prison Food - Get Eaten Alive
For this you simply need to let one of the giant brown raccoon like creatures eat you alive. This can be done first on level 2-8 I believe by walking directly into it and becoming a snack. It's likely this will happen naturally as I've been eaten several times myself on other levels.
K4rn4ge has added that if you want this right away rather than playing the story you can go to level editor and just drop the creature in then test the level and let him eat you.

I can confirm that you can get this achievement straight away by doing it in the level editor. Start up a level, place this monster in, test level, die by him ... achievement unlocked! Feel free to add it to your solution if you like.

This achievement can be unlocked by letting the moose eat you in Level 8 of Chapter 2.
Merch
For this you need to get killed by one of the large raccoon with antlers monsters. They start appearing midway in world 2. Another one you should get without trying, these become very common obstacles later on in the game.
