How to unlock the Weapons Master achievement in BattleBlock Theater - Definitive Guide

This achievement has a misleading description and is slightly glitchy. Doing all of the things on this list seems to be a fool proof way to unlock it.

List of required attacks:
- Hit an enemy with the Disk.
- Kill enemy with a Disk explosion. This works on a timer, it will explode a couple of seconds after it has landed
- Hit an enemy with the Paper Airplane.
- Kill an enemy with a Paper Airplane explosion. Press B again to detonate it.
- Kill an enemy with the Wall Hugger (Bomb frog).
- Kill an enemy with the Acid Bubble.
- Kill an enemy with the Fireball.
- Kill an enemy with the Grenade.
- Hit an enemy with the Iceball.
- Hit an enemy with the Dodgeball.
- Hit an enemy with the Dart.
- Hit an enemy with the Boomerang.
- Use the Forceball
- Use the Fan
- Use the Vacuum.
- Kill an enemy with the Head Bounce. This is not weapon related. This is only possible to do in the Arena VS mode 'Soul Snatch.' Jumping on the head of an enemy in this mode is lethal to them.
- Get killed by a Head Bounce. Have an enemy jump on your head in 'Soul Snatcher'.
- Get a Head Bounce Stun. Jump on an enemy's head in the arena VS mode 'Grab the Gold'.
- Get stunned by a Head Bounce Stun. Let and enemy jump on your head in the arena VS mode 'Grab the Gold'.

Update: It seems you may need to be killed/hit by certain weapons as well for the achievement. If you have done all of the above steps check and see on the stats page. I have unlocked the achievement on multiple alt accounts playing in the arena only so this should be the only other stats you need.

If you are unsure which attacks you are missing, pause the game, scroll over and select Player Stats, and then press A again.

Pretty much every stat is required for this achievement. I unlocked it after getting frozen.

I just want to confirm for everyone reading these comments that the following is in fact required for this:

"- Get a Head Bounce Stun. Jump on an enemy's head in the arena VS mode 'Grab the Gold'.
- Get stunned by a Head Bounce Stun. Let and enemy jump on your head in the arena VS mode 'Grab the Gold'."

It seems strange, because both of those things have nothing to do with weapons exactly, and are more to do with a mechanic within that specific minigame. Nevertheless, I didn't unlock the achievement until going into that game mode.

My last "weapon kill" was also from the grab the gold game mode. Great solution.

I followed the list and it popped after I got stunned by a head bounce so it seems that you do need to do all of them.

Ended up getting it by a bot jumping on my head in grab the gold. I didn't even jump on his, so this is probably the only achievement I've earned while my controller was disconnected

Same here, checked my stats and after the "bounce stun on head" stats were fulfilled the achievement popped. Great guide!

Actually I got it by using the mine weapon. Its missing in your list! Also you can do the kills with a partner in the lobby, you don't have to start a game.

You should add to your guide that you can pause the game and go to "Player Setup" to change your weapon without having to go back to the main menu. It'll save you about 5-10mins. Small time save, but any time save is a good one!

Head Bounce Stun was the last one for me as well.

The last one I was missing was get hit by an ice block. I used my own weapon.

You can also get Head Bounce Stuns in "Color the World". Was working on wins in each mode with a friend and it unlocked in that game mode as soon as I bounced on his head (and the same for him when he bounced on my head).

I had no problem,got this by simply following the list & checking that they got registered in the player stats,by the time I reached the "Grab The Gold" level & first jumped on the AI enemy & then got him to jump on mine the achievement popped,never had to do any of the stuff you added to the list in the update but of course I can't rule out the fact that I had done those during the full playthrough of the co-op story.

To use a weapon press , you need some distance between yourself and the enemy or you will punch them instead. All of the weapons function different and the criteria of using them successfully varies between them. Despite the description, it is necessary for the achievement that you preform a Head Jump kill, and get killed by a Head Jump and also get a Head Jump Stun and get stunned by a head jump stun. The Head Jump kill only be done in the ‘Soul Snatch’ or 'Color the World' arena modes, and the Head Jump stun can only be done in the 'Grab the Gold' arena mode. If you are unsure which attacks you are missing, pause the game (), scroll over and select Player Stats, and then press  again.

Getting killed/hit with weapons may also be necessary for this. If you've done everything on the list and have still not unlocked it, go through the stats page and make sure you have at least one in everything.
