How to unlock the Collect All 5! achievement in Battleborn - Definitive Guide
My Dear Miss Glory: Damage 3 enemy Battleborn with a single use of Bola Snare 25 times. This can be three separate hits on the same enemy Battleborn. Level 4 Helix Upgrade Bank Shot will help with this. If an enemy is in an enclosed space (like the garage in Overgrowth), you can hit him with it, then hope the bounces get two more ticks of damage. Level 6 Helix Mutation Snare Spread (unlocked at Character Rank 5) is good too, increasing the number of bolas. If you're close enough, you can hit with all three without even needing the bounce, but having the bounce makes it even easier. Incursion is probably best for this, with groups of enemies moving together along a single lane. Cooldown Time gear helps this challenge slightly.
Heroes Aren't Born: Directly hit 5 injured allies with Support Drones in a single match 25 times. This one is easy to do, but would take a very long time to get it naturally. Either grind this with a friend, or go into a private match with a second controller. Do PvE Hardcore Mode, let the second character take damage, make him hold still, and hit him with a drone. Do that five times, then jump off a cliff to end the match. It will still take a few hours to do, and it won't be fun. Cooldown Time gear helps this challenge slightly.
Stellar Cast: Heal or damage at least 4 other Battleborn with a single use of To The Rescue 10 times. Probably most easily done naturally in Incursion around a choke point. Hitting enemy Battleborn with this in PvP might not count toward the challenge until you hit Level 10 and you take Helix Upgrade Explosive Entrance. Start fairly far away so you can build up enough speed for when you hit the button a second time. Max Speed gear will help this, because the area of effect increases depending on Kid Ultra's speed when he activates the healing. If you want to grind it instead, get a full team of five to play a PvE mission, then once you hit level 5, tell your teammates to group up all on one point while you hit them with your Ultimate. I cannot independently confirm the following, but I believe it will also count NPC Battleborn (like Deande/Mellka in The Heliophage), and I've heard it will also count yourself (even though the challenge specifies "other" Battleborn). Have also heard that the healing aura from Helix Upgrade Level 10 Stick With Me counts, and you can do it multiple times on the same Battleborn if you have them exit and re-enter the aura. If so, play a PvE mission normally with two other players until you hit Level 10, then get them to group up so you can affect them with your healing aura twice each. Cooldown Time gear helps this challenge slightly.
Suit Up: Hit 3 different targets with a single Rocket Vortex 100 times. This one is super easy to get in Incursion or Meltdown, since it counts against minions. Fire your L2/LT/RMB at a group of minions and watch the progress tick up. It's also possible in PvE if you would rather, but the opportunities for groups of minions aren't as plentiful. There's always Phase 2 of the Geoff/Arachnis fight if you want to grind it solo (don't damage Geoff/Arachnis; just kite his minions around and kill them when they're grouped). Reload Speed gear will slightly speed up this process. If you have any gear that decreases damage, that might also help, so you could potentially get more hits in one wave before they're cleared. Similarly, don't take Level 6 Helix Upgrade Danger Drone or Level 7 Helix Upgrade Smart Rockets, as those will increase your rocket damage and potentially wipe a minion wave in fewer hits. Do take Level 3 Helix Upgrade Missile Massacre so you can get three shots in before having to reload.
First Flaw of Robotics: Get 50 assists off of allies with affected by Aura of Justice at the time of the assist. This works in PvE. Make sure you have Aura of Justice active (kill or assist in a kill to activate it) then just stick close to your best damage dealer in the team. This one comes pretty quickly. Level 5 Helix Upgrade Hero in Training helps.

STELLAR CAST
Just confirming what the author has said about being able to do this in PVE with 1 other person OR a second controller and profile (2 players total). Pretty sure Kid Ultra counts as well.
This link shows me having done it on Renegade with myself as Kid Ultra and my second controller as Montana
playing
Expanded Explanation
I've got two controllers so I went into a private story match with myself as KU and the second player as Montana (bigger health pool) - I worked on the hypothesis that you actually needed to heal someone for it to count (like Alani's Wellspring lore)
I left Monty at the start of the mission and played my way through until after the second defense point. This is where you then move across that bridge where you can then either go straight through the middle into the building for the last defense, left to enter it from the side or to the right where there is that thumper turret and giant shard.
Getting all the chest with helix orbs along the way I managed to hit level 10 when I reached the bridge. I selected KU left Level 10 helix that heals over time (Stick With Me I think it's called)
I let Monty come to me. While I stood on the bridge, I let stand in front of the turret to incur damage until he was near death then brought him to me in a safe spot on the bridge simply activated my ult, and making sure the circle on the ground moves back and forth in and out of Monty, it seemed to count if you do this four times within the span of the ult.

Can confirm that the LT level 10 helix upgrade counts. I unlocked Stellar Cast in one Incursion match with all bots.
