When going for this trophy I would suggest playing the conquest game mode as it is the longest so it will get you more points. It won’t take you long in order to reach rank 10 in multiplayer as the first few rank ups will be achieved with just a few flag captures.
The best, and fastest way to rank up to rank 10 is to use the medic class as you will get points for reviving your teammates and healing them. You’ll have teammates dying all over the place as players like to run head first towards objectives and die. You will need to get to them quickly as a lot of players tend to skip the revive which will give you about 2-3 seconds to get to them and revive. When you’re in a big group of teammates or even around just a few and there is a firefight going on you should drop a med kit as you’ll gain XP as they constantly get damaged and your medkit heals them. While doing that you can also have your syringe out just in case one of them dies.
Another way to gain XP fast is to capture and defend objectives that are marked by your squad leader. An easier way to do this is to create your own squad so that you are the squad leader as other players tend not to mark objectives. While you are the squad leader you will need to mark objectives and accomplish that objective for increased points.
By playing with these tips in mind you should be rank 10 within 20 or less matches.
To unlock this achievement you will need to reach rank 10 in multiplayer. You earn xp for almost every action you take online, though the amount depends on what it is you're doing. It largely depends on your playstyle, but the usual Battlefield strategies for earning xp apply. Playing the objective will usually get you a lot of xp, but sometimes if you're on a team of people who aren't like-minded and against a well organized team you may struggle with this.
The other more reliable way to earn xp is to play as either the Support class or the Medic class and drop ammo/bandages for your team mates and especially your squad mates as this will earn even more xp.
Rank 10 is not a huge time investment so if you have any interest in the online for this game you're likely to get here without conscious effort. Upon reaching rank 10, the achievement will unlock.
