Reach Rank 1 with all 4 Infantry classes in multiplayer

How to unlock the Decorated achievement in Battlefield 1 - Definitive Guide

Not a guide but did want to give a warning that this achievement currently seems a bit gltichy (as have the reaching Rank 2 with each class for some people so far). After reaching at least rank 1 with all 4 classes as the achievement asks, the achievement tracker says I'm only 25% complete

UPDATE: The achievement randomly kept jumping up 25% as I leveled each of the classes further and finally unlocked after reaching Rank 6 with the assault class. (At the time I was also a 6 for Medic, 4 for Scout, and 4 for Medic too). Thus, I'd say it seems buggy currently and I'd keep leveling my classes until it eventually pops for all of you

UPDATE 2: DICE released a patch recently that addressed several issues both single player and multiplayer with the game. According to @SanJol, this patch is also now allowing the achievements to all unlock properly, so all should be fixed now

@HellCreeper666, the same thing happened to me too. When the Support Rank 2 achievement unlocked for me, the tracker went up to 50%, though after looking again when I got the notification that my 10 hours was up, it was back down at 25% again. Was hoping it'd just be leveling up a few more times to get it to work itself out but this makes me think otherwise.

The achievement is definitely bugged. I just got to rank 10 for my medic class and this achievement unlocked for me when I haven't played the other classes at all.

Just popped for me, however I had my Medic on 6, Assault on 7, Support on 4 and Recon on 4 before it came so it's definitely dodgy.

Maybe only XP scored with each classes specialist abilities count.
That might explain the seeming randomness of when the various achs pop.

To get this achievement you'll need to reach rank one in each infantry class. Assault, medic, support and scout classes. Assault and Support you will need 50,000 points each to reach rank 1. Medic you will need 45,000. Scout you'll need 30,000 points.
You earn points for your class simply by playing your class. So play the objective, help your squad and earn medals. Below is a video showing how to view your rank in main menu and in a match.

While 50,000 will get you rank 1 on Scout and Assault, you need less than that for it IIRC

This is currently a buggy achievement. I actually got this before I got rank one on support or scout. But i was level 10 medic and 4 assault. Once i started following the next few steps systematically i got the achievement:

- Play conquest
- Play one class per level up
- Don't die when you get the rank up notification
- Try to rank up once on all four classes though this doesn't actually seem to be necessary at the moment because it is glitched somehow.

Firstly i started off playing a lot of operations in which I never got the award. I read somewhere you should play conquest so i tried that and it actually works (credit to Frankies Back and IIIDEFAULTIII). Maybe other official multiplayer modes work too but i don't know. Operations does not work in any case. I played one class the whole time. It seems you don't get the achievement if you die before you get the full rank up notification. Don't worry next time you rank up and stay alive you should get it. After playing operations i was half way through a rank. I then had to rank up 1.5 times whilst playing conquest before i got the achievement. This might not be the only way to get the achievement but it is the method with which i got 3/4 class achievements in a row when i saw supposed to get them. So if you do this it seems to work.

I'm rank 10 with all classes and as soon as I hit 11 it drops back down to 10. Also I don't get a rank up notifications anymore for any Infantry class roll
Not sure what to do at this point.

To unlock this achievement you will need to reach rank 1 with all four of the infantry classes in Multiplayer. The four infantry classes are Support, Scout, Medic, and Assault.

You will gain xp towards the separate class ranks by of course using that class and by performing actions that are specific to that class. So as a Medic throwing down bandages/medic crates and reviving people, or as a support throwing down ammo crates for people, etc.

I personally found the Domination game mode to be the fastest/easiest way to earn a lot of xp and you do not need to be all that good at the game. Just run from point to point capturing them, if you can get a kill on your way there then go for it, but do not go into the game expecting to play it like TDM. I finished top of the leaderboard a few times with only two to three kills while everyone below me was on 10+ just by running to each point and taking it, then moving onto the next one. The games usually last around the same time as TDM, if not a little shorter so time-wise you will be getting good xp and not spending hours getting it, like you would on Conquest or Operations.

So for the first part of going for these trophies, I was just 'playing the game'. I then discovered there is a very quick way to get these and managed to go from rank 0 to rank 2 in 30 minutes (One match)!

This was much faster than the 2-3 hours it took me before knowing this.

Double XP was on when I did it which seems to be on every Saturday, though I'm not sure whether double XP only affects online rank or also class rank.

On to the Steps;

1) Go to the "Soldier" tab on the main menu, then go into "Service assignments"

2) At the top there is a "Getting Started" list that has a 50k XP reward for each of the 4 infantry classes. You can press square to track whichever one you like.

3) Focus solely on ticking off the checklist for that assignment. When completed, the 50k XP will count towards your class rank. I got both of my level ups at once as soon as this assignment completed so that is all that is required.

4) Even if my double XP did affect this, even at normal XP this should be enough to get 1 rank up, so you will have this trophy by the time you do it with all four classes.

Have fun toast

Refer to the trophies Assault Enlistment, Medic Enlistment, Scout Enlistment, & Support Enlistment for more information on leveling up each class quicker.

You will need a certain amount of points in order to rank up each of the four classes. The classes, along with the amount of points needed in order to get it to rank 1 are listed below:

  • Assault – 50,000 points needed for rank 1
  • Medic – 45,000 points needed for rank 1
  • Support – 50,000 points needed for rank 1
  • Scout – 30,000 points needed for rank 1

To complete this, I advise you to immediately go to “Operations”. Capture points, play the Airship, Dreadnought and Train, and you will get quick completion )
To view your progress, you can use the mobile application, or watch in the game itself, in the fighter tab, or watch on the website

I recommend completing the entire "Good Start" tab in the service assignments. For example, playing as a sniper, after completing “Eyes on the prize” I immediately received level 2 scout.

It is necessary that the Assault, Medic, Support and Pro have level 1. You will get it in any case if you upgrade them to level 2. There is no need to force equipment, namely dreadnoughts, tanks, etc.

The fastest way to level up is in capture the flags mode. It is better to focus on capturing rather than defending points, since capturing gives much more points. At the same time, do not forget to be a squad leader and give an order before capturing a point - an additional 100 points. The task is to learn to run between these points as quickly as possible and make it to the very beginning, when the allies are just starting to capture it, in order to get the maximum number of points. Otherwise, if you don’t make it in time, you get very few points! If possible, naturally, try not to die; when you run to the point, hide somewhere, preferably in a prone position. Forget about how to get the most kills in a round - if you want to level up faster, then killing is not the main thing here.

I learned to make 15-20k per round and often I was first in the table, and there were generally 5 kills in total) There is another trick - when reviving, if you are killed, check the map - sometimes the tank is just capturing the point. So you can teleport directly as a passenger into this tank and score yourself so many free points for capturing

You can see the exact amount of experience for each class in the section:
FIGHTER / WEAPONS AND DEVICES
