How to unlock the Medic Enlistment achievement in Battlefield 1 - Definitive Guide

It seems you get class rank for anything you do whilst you are playing as that class. Though if you spawn into a vehicle you will be getting rank for that vehicle class like pilot, tanker or cavalry. If somebody else is driving the vehicle then it should be fine to spawn into it.

To get Medic points you can do the following:
Heal people
Revive people
Kill people
Capture flags (Earns you a lot of points)

Throw med packs or crates whenever you see somebody who needs it or is going to need it. Reviving is also great but don't run into the open to heal somebody as the chance they are going to tap out is quite high and you won't get a revive. The key to getting this quick is to get points for playing the objective. So capture many flags or destroy the telegraph posts.

Note: I edited my solution as it was initially about how to get around the glitch but that has been patched.

Just tested it. As of the new update this morning, all I did was start to go into a game and then I popped like 5 achievements.

Got rank 2 on a game that we were defeat.no achievement given.do we gain It in a winning match?

Your achievement might be glitched. Achievement should pop when you get to rank 2. I've unlocked two other class achievements fine.

So for the first part of going for these trophies, I was just 'playing the game'. I then discovered there is a very quick way to get these and managed to go from rank 0 to rank 2 in 30 minutes (One match)!

This was much faster than the 2-3 hours it took me before knowing this.

Double XP was on when I did it which seems to be on every Saturday, though I'm not sure whether double XP only affects online rank or also class rank.

On to the Steps;

1) Go to the "Soldier" tab on the main menu, then go into "Service assignments"

2) At the top there is a "Getting Started" list that has a 50k XP reward for each of the 4 infantry classes. You can press square to track whichever one you like.

3) Focus solely on ticking off the checklist for that assignment. When completed, the 50k XP will count towards your class rank. I got both of my level ups at once as soon as this assignment completed so that is all that is required.

4) Even if my double XP did affect this, even at normal XP this should be an excellent way to get a significant portion of the way there.

In order to get this trophy, you will need to acquire 90,000 points (45,000 per rank) while playing as the medic class. To rank up faster with the medic class you are going to want to revive and heal players as much as you can. There will always be people dying and constantly getting hurt so you just need to pay attention to your surroundings in order to find them.

You should also make your own squad so that you can be the squad leader. While you are the squad leader you will need to mark objectives and accomplish them for increased points.

Doing this should rank you up to rank 2 within 4 – 8 matches if you’re playing the objective.

They fall out differently for everyone, possibly due to the dullness of the battle log system, which records (confirms) the results with a delay.

To complete this, I advise you to immediately go to “Operations”. Capture points, play the Airship, Dreadnought and Train, and you will get quick completion )
To view your progress, you can use the mobile application, or watch in the game itself, in the fighter tab, or watch on the website

You can upgrade your medic and support on the Monte Grappa map, where you can give out a lot of first aid kits and supplies in the bunkers)

The easiest way to earn as a medic is by using the medic's abilities. We take a syringe for resurrection and small first aid kits (which you can throw), we run all the time with the crowd, but we don’t get forward, and we constantly heal and resurrect fallen soldiers. Of course we play Capture. It is advisable to run after those who are going to capture flags, so that in addition to points for healing and resurrection, you will also receive points for capturing them.

The trophy appears to be glitchy.
Got lvl 2 - the trophy didn't drop.

This and three other similar trophies may be delayed. Just keep raising the class level. Support - dropped at level 6, attack aircraft at level 4.
