How to unlock the Catching up on some reading achievement in Battlefield 1 - Definitive Guide

The first available Field Manual is in the mission "Over the Top" in the War Story called "Through Mud and Blood"

After you destroy the first enemy tank follow the street and you will reach a weapon tent, to the right side of this tent is the crate and in this crate is the first available Field Manual.

Is this glitched for anybody else? I collected all the field manuals in the first mission, got the achievement for getting all the codex in the mission, but didn't unlock this one!?

Edit: I closed the game and went to my achievements menu from the Xbox interface, then selected Battlefield 1, and all of a sudden, the achievement popped.
