For this achievement you need to be in the best squad on each of the three maps. You can check at the end of a game if you are in the best squad by pressing X to show the squad scores screen.

You get to be in the best squad by getting a high score so my tip would be to try and capture as many flags as possible as you get 30 points each time or 10 for assisting. Also killing an enemy while defending a flag will earn you a bonus.

[UPDATE] There are some problems with getting this achievement, some have done the requirements several times over and it has still not unlocked. Try the following by 'Seraphim Needed' which he posted in the comments below:

Every person I have heard report that they have gotten this achievement have done it while not in a squad. NightStalkar and I played together and got top squad countless times. Both of us were getting frustrated. We were getting annoyed because one of our friends got it on the first match he played with us while he wasn't in a squad. In frustration, both of us left the squad we were in and played the rest of the match as lone wolfs. As soon as the round ended, bam, both of us got it.

It seemed to me, after just earning this achievement, that it is necessary to earn top squad on each faction on all three maps. I was keeping track of myself, and I did not get it until I had won it both as Japanese and as U.S. player on all three maps, finishing with Iwo Jima.

So for those having difficulty, keep track of which faction on what map you have earned it. Also, I was in the same squad, some friends of mine, the entire time.

Ok Ive tested this and Emuholic is correct. You must not be in a squad to get this OR be in a full 4 player squad. Anything less than four and more than 1 in a squad seem to not count. I noticed that the best squad stamp wasnt going up past x4 for me and realized i was playing with my friend since I had gotten those 4 so today I joined some games and played lone wolf and first map I beat (Iwo-Jima) I got the achievement so I played one more round and afterwards I have x6 for best squad stamp even though I was no where near close to being the best squad for that round But I was in the top 5. I think the stamp/achievement are misworded or are awarded for the wrong thing.

No one knows exactly why this achievement is glitched, but we all know that it is, somehow. I got it after playing on Iwo Jima, when I definitely recall playing a couple days ago and receiving best squad and top player both times. In the game before I got it, I had gotten top squad, second best player (my other squad member got first), I won the match, and I was promoted to Warrant Officer Gold. I am not sure which of these affected me receiving this achievement, but please comment on my solution about the game you played right before you got the achievement, so that we can find similarities, and perhaps, one day, find the ACTUAL way to achieve it.

I would just like to add that I got this achievement after getting the best squad playing with a full 4 player squad on one map and winning as allied and japanese with a full 4 player squad.

Try to get a full squad and win, and get best squad, it might work.

For this achievement you must be in the best squad on each of the three maps, Iwo Jima, Guadalcanal, and Wake Island. Please note that you must earn the Best Squad stamp in order for it to count that you were on the best squad for that map, you only receive the stamp when you are on the squad that finishes as the best FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE GAME, if you join the best squad in the middle of the game, you do not receive credit for being on the best squad, regardless of what the post-match information says, the only way to know if you got the stamp is by viewing your awards from the main menu.

The best way I found to get points is to use the tank, driving around killing people and capturing points. It is best to have squad-mates as driver and gunner since you both receive 10 points when either of you gets a kill.

This unlocked after I completed my final map, unlike has been reported for others, but if you know you got a Best Squad stamp on all three maps and still do not have the achievement, try playing a match without joining a squad as that is supposed to unlock it if it has glitched for you.

Well this is not a solution so much as a helpful tip...I got this achievement in the middle of a match and I was in the middle of the leaderboards for the game and nothing else special was happening. Very buggy achievement with somewhat vague requirements anyways. Also, I never joined a squad once while playing this game so maybe that will help you get the achievement.

This is is an achievement that many different people have had different experiences with. As such Im gonna provide some details to when i got my achievement.

• Played with different squads of people for this achievement

• Joined back into 2 matches i quit and rejoined the other team, both of these counted (one of these was when i got the achievement so i do think at least leaving and coming back to the same match will count)

• Last map I needed i joined a squad of 3 people after rejoining the lobby on a different team and that was when i got the achievement after the match ended

Leaving and rejoining matches seems to work for this achievement and 3 people also seems to work (at least when rejoining). This achievement is still very buggy however and your results may vary when rejoining matches. (i was getting best squad matches by myself after getting one kill from rejoining a match)
