At the time of writing (12/11/21), This achievement is still unlockable in Battlefield Portal.
There will probably already be upwards of 30/40 lobbies with bots at 1hp on rush, selecting one of these servers will allow you to farm kills within minutes, an organised lobby can easily net you a few other achievements such as headshots, resupplies, vehicle kills etc.
Given the fact these are essentially boosting lobbies this may eventually be patched.
