How to unlock the Guardian of the fleet achievement in Battlefield 4 - Definitive Guide
1. When you first land on the Valkyrie, you begin the mission with a grenade launcher. After the first wave of enemies, a transport chopper will come in from the right to drop off 4 enemies. If you take out the chopper with the grenade launcher before it can deploy the soldiers, you'll get a significant multi kill bonus.
2. Later in the mission after meeting up with Pac, you'll come to a place where he asks you to do a synchronised entry into a room. The room beyond quickly fills with enemies, but if you throw a grenade against the far wall just after you breach the door, you'll catch most of them for another large multikill.
With those two multikills and a healthy dose of headshots and adrenaline kills, you'll easily make 6,000 points.
Firstly, difficulty makes no difference to your points tally as there is no multiplier, so its easier on easy difficulty.
Tips
*Headshots give a 25 point bonus
*Adrenaline kills give a 50 point bonus
*Multi-kills give a 100 point bonus
This is in addition to a normal kill (100 points) and a squad kill (50 points).
I also chose not to utlise the ENGAGE feature, as that racks up squad kills and halves your possible points for that section.
I would recomend using a steady AR/LMG, with your main gun being a sniper rifle.
Every kill you go for, aim for the head with a sniper rifle, and chain them together as fast as you can for bonuses.
If you see a group of enemies standing together, use the grenade. The multi-kill bonus is the biggest you will get.
If you are struggling, and you see a lone soldier, let him shoot you til your screen blurs. Then headshot him from close range, as you get a 75pt bonus (adrenaline + headshot).
If you reach a section where enemies appear and its a programmed route, restart checkpoint and utilise claymores for big points.
Dont be scared to restart the checkpoint if you don't do well.
Good luck !
The keys are as always kill every enemy yourself. Unless you're using engage abusively you'll find your squad is near worthless. I found it useful to use the grenade launch often, trying to kill multiple people at a time. You can earn up to a thousand points easily with good multiple kills.
I beat this level the first time with at least 7000 points with out trying that hard.
After you finish the deck, there's still two more rooms of enemies, approximetly 7 of them, so if you're close press on, and just be careful in those rooms.
This is the shortest mission and may well be the easiest to unlock all assignments. As always, the usual tactics apply. You will start the mission with a rapid-fire grenade launcher, which really is not needed, but it can make for easy multi-kills if you feel you need them. The beginning boat deck area features several sets of enemies in close proximity to one another, allowing for some easy multi-kills. You can take out a helicopter towards the end of the first area for big points. There will be some scenes to watch and then you will have to deal with a small amount of enemies in the medical bay. If you need more points, which you may not, this will be your last opportunity to get them.
It will not be a problem if you were unable to reach 6,000 points during your first Suez play. You have to replay the mission two more times to help unlock several trophies. So if you failed the first time around, just use your judgement and figure out where you can improve. An extra multi-kill here and there can be enough to put you over the top. Be mindful to go for the Gold assignment (5,000 points) in all of your Suez plays, while making sure to obtain at least 6,000 points during one of those plays.
