OK, just got it playing normally somehow, there's no need for a session with 10 people imo, just stick with the 4 needed to start a match,

Along with "The Metropolitan," this is the easiest achievement within the DLC and is going to be obtained naturally as you work on your new assignments.
In essence, Chainlink is a variant of Conquest. In order to win, players will have to link adjacent capture points, which causes the opposing team's tickets to bleed quicker. Since the rounds only last ten minutes but each team begins with one thousand tickets, you will more than likely always win by the timer expiring. On the other hand, matches have the tendency to be won by a large margin, so neck-and-neck matches of Chainlink will be of a rarity. Either way, once you have successfully achieved a victory in at least two Chainlink matches, the achievement is yours.

Self-explanatory, you have to win two Chain Link rounds. You don’t have to be in a round from the start, so joining a game in progress and switching to the winning team works too. You shouldn't worry too much about this trophy as it will most likely come naturally when going for assignments.
