How to unlock the There is no I in Squad achievement in Battlefield: Bad Company - Definitive Guide

This achievement can only be realistically gained without hours of attempts by boosting. First off, have the person getting the achievement hide upstairs/in the attic of a useless building. Have the other 3 people that are helping kamikaze the enemies, so that all 3 dies. You must establish an order, as in you, then you, then you. Have the main person stand at the end of the room that is closest to the enemy's town (assuming you are attacking.) Have one person spawn. Have him walk about 10 feet away going in the opposite direction of the enemy town. Once he is in a position that will not make him the main squad spawn, have the next person do the same. Once the last guy has spawned, just repeat the process. This is to get around how the game makes the person in the most dangerous position, aka the person closest to the enemy, the squad spawn at all times. Organizing a game like this, you can always make the person getting the achievement be the closest to the action (barely) allowing him to be the spawn at all times. When me and my friends were doing this, we noticed that suicides didn't count towards the 20 spawns needed to unlock the achievement. Suiciding may work, but I think that the game doesn't count them.

Did this legit in a full 16 on 16, so it's not impossible, base spawners make it harder though :-@. Got close a few other times too. Once you've got it run as far back as you can and hope not to be team killed if you're on hard.

yeah, definitely easy to get with one person, because randoms do eventually spawn on you. also, do note my buddy rice117 was spawned on by a member of our team who then killed him... two spawns by me later and he got the achievement

The easiest approach to the this is achievement is joining a game w/a squad of 2-3 of your friends. Decide who's going for the achievement and then everyone but that person should go get killed.

The person going for the achievement should stay in the very back of the map on the borderline of being out of bounds (Do not move when you get into a good hiding position as you won't be picked up on the map if you don't move).

When players spawn off of the person going for the achievement, they can simply run out of bounds to kill themselves. Rinse and repeat until the achievement pops.

------------------------------------
If, for some reason, you run out of time or the match ends w/o the person obtaining their achievement, the respawns will carry over to the next match so long as the person going for the achievement doesn't die in the proceeding match.

For example, 9 people spawn on me in Match 1, but then that match ends. Match 2 starts up; I hide and remain alive while 11 others spawn off of me for the achievement. -- This has been tried/tested to work 100% of the time.

As soon as you figure out whos getting the achievement (if your boosting it) go and hide in a building where the enemy wont find you and have your other squadmates do suicides and respawn on you. Make sure your the closest to the objective so that everyone can spawn off you and not one of your friends when they respawn.

OK. This is confirmed. Get in a match where there isn't many people playing. Me and my buddy just found a place with a helicopter and took it up as far as we could, and jumped out 20 times and spawned on him. Then jumped out again. It took about 2 minutes to do but is the best way I think. So, just have him do suicide 20 times and this achievement is yours.

I actually got this accidentally by just playing normally. I was a sniper in Harvest Day and just hung around the middle of the map in the bushes amidst the fields. The game happened to go so that the flag close by to the west was constantly being contested and my teammates kept dying. As I was about 100-200m away from the flag, and unseen due to using the silenced sniper rifle - they spawned on me constantly.

Boom, all of a sudden I just had the cheevo.

This achievement doesn't have to be won in a single round. As long as you stay in the game room you're in and don't die it can be won over several rounds. On both the Playstation and the Xbox version of the game I was able to earn this achievement by not getting killed over about 3-4 rounds. With a little luck if you have good teammates you can earn it fairly quickly too.

Play Conquest for this one. The way the spawn system works on Conquest is the person who has been alive the longest is the squademate everyone else on the squad spawns on. So if you have enough patience, run into the middle of whichever map you are on. The larger maps like Par For the Course, Harvest Day, Crossing Over, and End of the Line are the best since there is less chance of an enemy coming to your area if you are out of the main action areas. Spawn as Recon and hide in some trees where you are pretty camoflauged. You can use the Laser Designator frequently, but if you shoot at people you are likely to draw attention to your hiding spot.

It might be boring but if you can camp for long enough, stay away from the enemy, and your squadmates will spawn on you from where you're at, you can earn this achievement in just a few games without the need to boost.

You don't even have to go for this achievement. Instead join a BEANS BULLETS BANDAGES boosting session and you will automatically get this achievement guaranteed. In these boosting sessions you go back to back and knife the people spawning from the other squad, usually the host has it at 30 kill rotations (as of right now) and you will spawn 30 of you squad mates without dying. Save yourself some time.

NOTE: If you don't want the BEANS BULLETS BANDAGES achievement then you can always just join the session for the achievement, thats your choice.

Here is the details of how the sessions work:

 Unobtainable, Server now Closed

This one can be a real pain. The best way to get it is play a large map like 'Oasis', 'Par for the Course', or 'End of the Line'. Find a good place to hide away from the enemy and have a friend join you and keep having him spawn on you until you get the trophy. Make sure that your back is NOT against a wall otherwise your friend will be unable to spawn on you.

You have to get through an entire round without dying while at the same time get 20 spawns on you. This achievement can kick your ass pretty easily.

Here’s a few fundamental tips.

  • When you choose to spawn on the squad you spawn on whomever is closest to the objective, so park your soldier nearby the gold crates.
  • You’ll have to not die, and all your friends will have to die, so I recommend choosing the assault class (if you bought the life-2) and staying hidden near the action.
  • The closer you are to the action, the more likely it is that you’ll be spawned on and the more faster your friends will get to the action and die. Unfortunately being closer means you risk death so it’s a risk/reward trade.
  • You have to keep some space around yourself so your squad has room to spawn, otherwise you simply won’t be picked to be spawned on. So make sure that you aren’t simply crouched in a corner.
  • Know what your squad is doing/what class they are playing. If your squad is entirely composed of people who play recon/use vehicles chances are they aren’t dying that much and when they are they want to spawn back at the base more than right next to enemies. When your squad is entirely composed of specialist and demolition players then there is a good chance you might get this achievement.
  • Watch your squad’s position. They are the light blue dots on your map, make sure that you stay closer to the objective than them but not too close that you are in danger. For the most part if you’re only a few feet closer than anyone else in your squad that’s the perfect range.
  • Hide in bushes, underwater, behind hills, or anywhere that people don’t normally go to make things easier. If you have to stay alive your best bet is to keep hiding and healing when necessary.

Avoid firing your weapon/driving a vehicle. Firing a weapon creates a muzzle flash and makes people more aware of your location even if you don’t kill anyone. Even if you do kill someone they would just be peeved and likely hunt you down. Kill only when necessary to best keep a low profile.

Do everything as written in the receipt description, I only advise you to find a good friend who has BFBC and getting this trophy is quite simple. I did a conquest, sat down not far from my flag (in a house on the roof) and over the headset agreed with a friend to do 20 suicides and come to life on you ))))))

Here's your trophy

This is a really difficult trophy, you need to survive a whole round without dying and you also need to get 20 of your team members to revive on you.
Below are some fundamental principles on how to get this trophy:

  • When the player chooses where to revive, he tries to revive as close to the target as possible, so keep your soldier as close to the boxes with gold as possible.
  • You should never die, but your friends should die, I recommend using the assault character class (of course, if you bought life-2) and hide from active actions.
  • The closer you are to the battlefield, the more likely it is that friends will choose you to revive. However, this also means that the closer you are, the more likely you are to die.
  • Always leave a little space around you so that your friends have a place to hang out.
  • Try not to shoot from weapons and equipment. Since even if you don’t kill someone, your location will be exposed and they will come for you, either out of revenge or out of curiosity.
