You can't miss this because you can't progress any further in the game until you solve this.
About 3/4 thru Ep 1, you'll find yourself investigating a school. You'll go to a room where there's a desk and told to open up your scanner
to look for evidence.
The first piece of evidence is a document on the desk. With the scanner open, hold
on the highlighted doc.
Next, go to the room on the left and repeat the process on the cardboard box.
Finally, head back to the room with the desk and you'll see a sink with a microwave on the left and printer on the right press and highlight the picture of the guy holding the phone, now hold .
